The Night Auditor plays a crucial role in ensuring smooth operations during the night shift, providing exceptional guest services while maintaining accurate financial records. This position requires strong customer service skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively. Responsibilities Perform night audit procedures, ensuring all financial transactions are accurately recorded and balanced. Provide excellent guest services by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring guest satisfaction. Manage front desk operations during the night shift, including check-ins and check-outs. Maintain accurate records of guest accounts and transactions, including billing and payment processing. Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure all areas of the resort are in top condition for guests. Handle phone calls professionally, providing information and assistance as needed. Assist in preparing reports for management regarding occupancy rates, revenue, and other key metrics. Experience Previous experience as Hotel Front desk agent or night auditor at least 2 years is a must Strong background in guest relations and customer service within the hospitality industry. Previous experience with any of these brands, IHG or Hilton, is a plus. Bilingual candidates are highly desirable to enhance communication with diverse guests. Proficiency in front desk operations and familiarity with hospitality management software is a plus. Excellent phone etiquette and interpersonal skills are essential for effective communication with guests.
