Job Overview Join our vibrant hospitality team as a Weekend Night Auditor, where your energetic and detail-oriented approach will ensure smooth overnight operations at our welcoming hotel. As a Night Auditor working weekends, you will be the key point of contact during the quiet hours, ensuring guest satisfaction, maintaining security, and supporting the overall guest experience. Bring your multilingual skills and hotel management expertise to create a safe, efficient, and friendly environment for all visitors. Duties Greet guests warmly upon arrival and departure, providing exceptional customer service with a friendly and professional demeanor. Conduct nightly audits of guest accounts, verifying charges, payments, and reservations to ensure accuracy. Manage front desk operations during overnight hours, including check-ins, check-outs, and handling guest inquiries via multi-line phone systems. Maintain security by monitoring CCTV surveillance, conducting patrols of public areas, and ensuring the safety of guests and staff. Prepare detailed shift reports, incident logs, and financial summaries to support hotel operations. Address guest concerns promptly and efficiently, demonstrating excellent guest relations skills to enhance their stay. Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to resolve any issues affecting guest comfort or safety. Qualifications Proven experience in hospitality management or hotel operations, particularly in front desk or night audit roles. Strong customer service skills with the ability to handle diverse guest needs professionally. Multilingual or bilingual abilities are highly desirable to assist a diverse clientele. Knowledge of hotel management systems and night audit procedures is essential. Excellent phone etiquette and experience managing multi-line phone systems are required. Ability to work independently during overnight shifts while maintaining high standards of hospitality and security. Previous experience in resort or hotel environments is preferred to understand guest expectations and operational flow. Pay:
$16.00 - $16.50 per hour
