Responsibilities Conduct nightly audit procedures to verify and reconcile daily financial transactions and ensure accuracy of guest accounts Prepare and review reports related to daily revenue, occupancy, and other operational metrics Handle guest check-ins and check-outs during the overnight hours with professionalism and excellent customer service skills Respond promptly to guest inquiries, requests, and complaints via phone or in person, maintaining high standards of guest relations Manage multi-line phone systems, provide information about hotel amenities, local attractions, and services Maintain security protocols by monitoring the premises during night hours Assist with administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and updating reservation records Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure guest rooms are ready for new arrivals or departures Qualifications Previous experience in hotel management, front desk operations, or guest services is preferred Strong knowledge of hospitality management principles and customer service best practices Bilingual or multilingual skills are highly desirable to assist diverse guests effectively Familiarity with night audit procedures and hotel management software is a plus Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills for handling guest interactions professionally Ability to work independently during overnight shifts while maintaining attention to detail Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask efficiently in a fast-paced environment Hospitality experience in resorts or similar settings is advantageous This role provides an essential service within our hotel operations, ensuring seamless overnight management while delivering exceptional guest experiences.
