Responsibilities Conduct nightly audits of financial transactions and ensure accuracy in reporting. Manage front desk operations, including check-ins and check-outs for guests. Address guest inquiries and resolve any issues that arise during the night. Maintain accurate records of room availability and reservations. Handle phone systems effectively, providing information and assistance to guests. Ensure the security of the hotel by monitoring premises and responding to emergencies. Provide excellent guest relations by being attentive to their needs and requests. Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery. Experience Previous experience in hotel management or hospitality management is preferred. Familiarity with night audit procedures is a plus. Strong phone etiquette and customer service skills are essential. Bilingual or multilingual abilities are highly desirable to enhance guest interactions.
