Overview Join our dynamic hospitality team as a Night Auditor and become the vital link between our guests and exceptional service during the overnight hours! In this energetic role, you will ensure smooth hotel operations, provide outstanding guest experiences, and uphold the highest standards of hospitality management. Your multilingual skills and hotel experience will help create a welcoming environment for diverse guests, while your expertise in property management systems (PMS) and hotel emergency procedures will guarantee safety and efficiency throughout your shift. Duties Conduct nightly audits of guest accounts, ensuring accuracy and completeness using hotel management software Visual Matrix. Manage front desk operations during overnight hours, including check-ins, check-outs, and guest inquiries with professionalism and warmth Respond promptly to guest requests and resolve issues with customer service problem-solving skills to ensure guest satisfaction Maintain security by monitoring CCTV surveillance, conducting property inspections, and adhering to hotel emergency procedures Handle multi-line phone systems with excellent phone etiquette, providing information and assistance to guests and staff Prepare detailed shift reports, incident logs, and financial summaries to support seamless transition between shifts Assist with reservations, modifications, cancellations, and special requests utilizing hospitality reservation systems Skills Proven experience in hospitality management or hotel operations, especially in night audit or front desk roles Bilingual or multilingual capabilities to communicate effectively with diverse guests from around the world Strong knowledge of property management systems (PMS), particularly OPERA or similar platforms Exceptional customer service skills with a focus on guest relations and client communication Familiarity with hotel emergency procedures, safety protocols, and resort experience preferred Excellent phone communication skills with multi-line phone system proficiency and phone etiquette expertise Ability to problem-solve quickly under pressure while maintaining a positive attitude in a hospitality environment Join us in delivering memorable guest experiences while ensuring operational excellence through your energy, attention to detail, and dedication!
Pay:
$13.00 - $15.00 per hour
