JOB SUMMARY
Provides mandatory audits of transactions completed from that day for the Hotel Department.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Check audit work Ensuing accuracy of guest charges Enters and confirms all types of reservations in the system including, but not limited to, invitee and non-invitee events Check Settlement Control Check on no Shows Ensure all EZ Post, Bit Pay transactions have adhered to correct procedures Make sure all Gift Cards transactions, online, and room reservations are correctly billed Work with guests as needed to finalize credit card disputes Work evening, weekend and holiday work hours as required Finalize all third-party invoices as needed Work with Sales Department to finalize all group billing Maintain safe, clean, and comfortable environment at all times
QUALIFICATIONS
Must be twenty-one (21) years of age or older. Be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily Knowledgeable to all Company policies and procedures, including fire and safety regulations Knowledgeable in LMS systems Must be able to effectively communicate in English in both written and oral forms. Basic Math and Budgetary skills Proficient in MS office Excellent bookkeeping skills EDUCATION and/or
EXPERIENCE
High school diploma or the equivalent Previous experience and/or training Must have or obtain all required work cards Must possess excellent organizational skill to effectively complete necessary tasks Must possess excellent guest service skills to effectively deal with guests
PHYSICAL, MENTAL AND WORK ENVIRONMENT
Manual dexterity to operate job related equipment Work is typically in an area which may be noisy and may contain secondhand smoke Performance of job duties will require standing, walking, lifting, reaching, pushing, pulling and grasping Tasks will include but not limited to the maintenance and care of assigned area Constant contact with fellow Team Members and guests
