The Test Center Administrator serves as the face of Prometric at the testing center and plays an important role in providing candidates with a professional, secure, and welcoming testing experience. TCAs are responsible for following established testing procedures, maintaining exam security, assisting candidates, and ensuring that all exams are administered according to Prometric policies and client requirements. This position is ideal for individuals who are dependable, comfortable working with computers, able to follow detailed procedures, and capable of remaining attentive in a structured and fast-paced testing environment. Key Responsibilities Welcome candidates and provide professional customer service throughout the testing process. Verify candidate identification and confirm testing eligibility before admission. Complete candidate check-in and check-out procedures accurately. Explain testing center rules and procedures clearly to candidates. Inspect candidates and personal belongings according to Prometric security procedures. Ensure prohibited items are properly stored before candidates enter the testing room. Assign candidates to designated testing stations. Monitor candidates throughout their exams to maintain test security and integrity. Conduct regular walkthroughs of the testing room and remain alert for prohibited items, suspicious activity, or testing policy violations. Monitor the testing environment using
