Job Description

Overview We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Night Auditor to join our hospitality team. The Night Auditor plays a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of the hotel during overnight hours. This position involves managing front desk responsibilities, performing night audits, and providing exceptional guest services to ensure a pleasant experience for all guests. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills and a passion for hospitality. Duties Conduct nightly audits of all financial transactions and ensure accuracy in reporting. Manage front desk operations, including check-ins and check-outs, while maintaining excellent phone etiquette. Address guest inquiries and resolve any issues that may arise during the night shift. Maintain the security of the hotel by monitoring entrances and ensuring guest safety. Prepare daily reports summarizing occupancy, revenue, and other key metrics. Assist with administrative tasks as needed, including data entry and record keeping. Provide information about local attractions, services, and amenities to guests. Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery. Experience Familiarity with night audit procedures is highly desirable. Bilingual or multilingual skills are a plus, enhancing communication with diverse guests. Strong customer service skills with a focus on guest satisfaction. Proficiency in using hotel management software and front desk systems is beneficial. Ability to work independently during overnight shifts while maintaining attention to detail.
