Job Description
Apply Night Auditor Lake Placid, NY Apply Job Type Full-time Description The Hampton Inn & Suites Lake Placid , managed by Essex Hotel Management, is currently seeking a DRIVEN Night Auditor. As a Night Auditor, you will ensure the accuracy of financial transactions and guest records during the overnight shift and provide exceptional customer service to guests during check-in and check-out.
Responsibilities:
- Verify and balance all financial transactions from the day shift
- Prepare daily reports and summaries of hotel operations
- Process guest check-ins and check-outs
- Respond to guest inquiries and resolve any issues or complaints
- Maintain accurate guest records and ensure confidentiality
- Monitor hotel security and report any suspicious activity

Requirements Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in hotel front desk or accounting preferred
- Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
