Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Night Auditor to join our team in the hospitality industry. The Night Auditor plays a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of the hotel during overnight hours. This position involves managing front desk responsibilities, conducting night audits, and providing exceptional guest services. The ideal candidate will possess strong customer service skills, a background in hotel management, and the ability to communicate effectively with guests and staff. Responsibilities Perform nightly audits of financial transactions and ensure accuracy in reporting. Manage front desk operations during the night shift, including check-ins and check-outs. Provide excellent customer service by addressing guest inquiries and resolving issues promptly. Maintain accurate records of guest accounts and ensure all charges are posted correctly. Handle multi-line phone systems efficiently, responding to calls with professionalism and courtesy. Assist with guest relations, ensuring a welcoming atmosphere for all visitors. Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless operations throughout the hotel. Ensure the security of the hotel premises during overnight hours. Requirements Previous experience in hospitality management or hotel management is preferred Also know PEP PMS by Hilton brand. Familiarity with night audit procedures and practices is highly desirable. Strong customer service skills with a focus on guest satisfaction. Bilingual or multilingual abilities are a plus to enhance communication with diverse guests. Proficient in using multi-line phone systems and handling various inquiries professionally. Excellent phone etiquette and interpersonal skills are essential for effective guest interactions. Experience in resort settings or similar hospitality environments is advantageous. Ability to work independently during night shifts while maintaining attention to detail.
