  • We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Front Desk Agent to join our team. As the first point of contact for guests, you will play a crucial role in ensuring their stay is enjoyable and memorable. This position is ideal for individuals who thrive in fast-paced environments, are passionate about hospitality, and possess exceptional communication skills.
  • Duties
  • Provide exceptional guest service by greeting, registering, and checking guests in and out of the hotel.
Respond to guest inquiries and resolve any issues or concerns promptly. Utilize hotel management software to manage room assignments, maintain accurate records, and perform night audits. Handle phone calls and operate hotel phone systems efficiently. Develop and maintain a strong understanding of hotel amenities and services to provide guests with personalized recommendations. Maintain a high level of knowledge about local attractions, events, and restaurants to provide guests with valuable information. Collaborate with hotel staff to ensure seamless service delivery and resolve any issues that may arise. Maintain a clean and organized front desk area, adhering to hotel standards. Perform other duties as required to ensure the smooth operation of the front desk.
  • Qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
Prior experience in a front desk or hospitality role is highly preferred. Proficiency in multiple languages is a significant asset, with a focus on multilingualism in English and Spanish. Excellent communication skills, with a strong emphasis on phone etiquette. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and maintain a high level of energy and enthusiasm. Familiarity with hotel management software and phone systems is a plus. Experience in hotel management or a related field is an added advantage. Ability to work varied shifts, including evenings and weekends.
