Overview Join our dynamic hospitality team as a Hotel Night Auditor, where your energetic and detail-oriented approach will ensure smooth overnight operations and exceptional guest experiences. Responsibilities Manage late-night check-ins and check-outs with professionalism, utilizing multi-line phone systems and phone etiquette to assist arriving guests Handle guest inquiries, resolve issues promptly, and provide exceptional customer service to enhance guest satisfaction Monitor security cameras, perform safety checks, and follow hotel emergency procedures to maintain a secure environment for guests and staff
