Lexington Mgmt. has a culture where we want to service our guest and our internal customer which is you. We do expect results and require a professional environment. Here is a list of expectations. Greet, register, service all guests with a gracious attitude. Follow Hilton and Lexington mgmt. standards. Attention to detail and follow thru of daily financial reporting. Ability to resolve all guest problems in a timely manner. Balance guest time with audit of the daytime. Take initiative to complete projects on a as needed basis. Other duties as assigned.
