Job Description
The Night Auditor is responsible for overnight front desk operations, ensuring accuracy in daily financial reporting, guest check-ins/outs, and maintaining the safety and security of the hotel during nighttime hours. Greet and assist late-arriving and early-departing guests Perform nightly audit of daily transactions and balance hotel accounts Prepare and distribute daily reports for management Process guest check-ins, check-outs, and handle reservations Respond to guest inquiries, requests, and complaints promptly Ensure the lobby and front desk area are clean and organized Monitor security cameras and maintain safety protocols Assist with wake-up calls and early breakfast setup (if applicable)
Pay:
