Responsibilities Conduct overnight audits to verify daily financial transactions, reconcile accounts, and ensure accuracy of hotel records. Manage front desk operations during the night shift, including guest check-ins, check-outs, and reservations. Provide exceptional guest services by addressing inquiries, resolving issues promptly, and ensuring guest satisfaction throughout their stay. Maintain a secure environment by monitoring CCTV surveillance, conducting safety inspections, and controlling access to the property. Handle multi-line phone systems with professionalism using proper phone etiquette to assist guests and communicate with staff effectively. Prepare detailed shift reports, incident logs, and audit documentation to ensure smooth handovers and operational transparency. Support guest relations by offering local information, amenities details, and personalized service that enhances their overall experience. Qualifications Proven experience in hospitality management or hotel operations, particularly in front desk or night audit roles. Strong knowledge of hotel management systems and financial reconciliation processes. Multilingual abilities or bilingual skills are highly desirable to serve diverse guests effectively. Excellent customer service skills with a friendly demeanor and professional phone etiquette. Familiarity with multi-line phone systems, CCTV surveillance, and safety protocols within a resort or hotel setting. Ability to work independently during overnight hours while maintaining high energy levels and attention to detail.
