Job Description
Overview Join our award winning team - Full-Time Night Auditor, working a set schedule from Monday through Friday, 11 PM to 7 AM.

•In this vital role, you will ensure the smooth overnight operation of the hotel, providing exceptional guest services while maintaining accurate financial and operational records. Your energetic approach and attention to detail will help uphold our commitment to guest satisfaction and hotel excellence. This position offers an exciting opportunity for hospitality professionals eager to contribute during the night shift, ensuring a welcoming environment for all guests. Responsibilities Greet and assist guests during late-night hours with check-in, check-out, and general inquiries using excellent phone etiquette and customer service skills Conduct nightly audits of guest accounts, reservations, and financial transactions utilizing property management systems (PMS) such as OPERA or similar platforms Manage multi-line phone systems efficiently, handling guest requests, reservations, and internal communications promptly and professionally Monitor hotel security through CCTV surveillance and perform routine property inspections to ensure safety and security protocols are followed Respond swiftly to hotel emergency procedures, including guest safety incidents or facility issues, following established protocols Prepare detailed shift reports, incident logs, and reconcile daily revenue to ensure accuracy in financial records Collaborate with front desk staff and management to resolve guest concerns or service issues with a focus on guest relations and problem-solving Skills Strong knowledge of hospitality management principles and hotel operations Experience with hotel management software such as Stay PMS Excellent customer service skills with a friendly, professional demeanor and strong phone communication abilities Bilingual or multilingual skills are a plus for serving diverse guests effectively Familiarity with hotel emergency procedures and guest safety protocols Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail Exceptional problem-solving skills combined with effective client communication for resolving guest issues efficiently This role is perfect for hospitality professionals passionate about delivering memorable guest experiences during overnight hours. Pay:
