Job Description

We are looking for a Night Auditor (11pm
  • 7am) for the Baymont by Wyndham in Logan, Ohio.
This person needs to be a responsible and hospitable individual. They will be in charge of balancing and closing the end of day reports, as well as taking care of late arrival guests and any of there needs. This person will need to be able to work independently and show good judgement in their problem solving abilities/following security protocols. Job Duties
  • Greet and welcome guests in a friendly and professional manner
  • Check-in and check-out guests efficiently and accurately
  • Answer phone calls and respond to guest inquiries
  • Provide information about hotel facilities, services, and local attractions
  • Assist guests with luggage and other requests
  • Handle guest complaints or concerns with patience and professionalism
  • Process payments and maintain accurate records
  • Perform night audit duties as required Skills
  • Excellent customer service skills with a friendly and approachable demeanor
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Proficient in using hotel management software and phone systems
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Attention to detail and accuracy in handling guest information
  • Ability to remain calm under pressure and handle difficult situations with tact
  • Knowledge of local attractions, restaurants, and transportation options
