Overview We are seeking an energetic and customer-focused Hotel Front Desk Clerk to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our guests, ensuring a welcoming experience from check-in to check-out. Your enthusiasm and hospitality skills will help create memorable stays for our guests while maintaining smooth front desk operations. Responsibilities Greet guests warmly and assist with check-in and check-out procedures efficiently. Manage reservations, cancellations, and modifications using multi-line phone systems and hotel management software. Provide exceptional guest services by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and offering local information. Handle guest requests promptly, including room changes, amenities, and special accommodations. Maintain accurate records of guest stays, payments, and billing details while adhering to phone etiquette standards. Conduct night audit procedures to reconcile daily transactions and ensure financial accuracy. Support guest relations by fostering a friendly atmosphere and ensuring guest satisfaction throughout their stay. Skills Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively in multiple languages; bilingual abilities are a plus. Excellent phone etiquette and professional demeanor when interacting with guests over the phone or in person. Ability to handle night audit responsibilities with attention to detail and accuracy. Experience working in hotel environments with a focus on guest relations. Familiarity with hospitality best practices, including guest services, hotel management principles, and hospitality industry standards.
