Hotel Night Auditor

Job Overview Join our dynamic hospitality team at the Staybridge Suites as a Hotel Night Auditor, where you'll be the vital link between our guests' nighttime experience and our operational excellence. This energetic role offers the opportunity to ensure seamless guest services during overnight hours, prepare the financial recap of the day, and uphold the highest standards of hospitality management. As a Night Auditor, you will be the first point of contact for late-night arrivals and early morning departures, providing exceptional guest relations and ensuring the smooth running of hotel operations through detailed audits and vigilant oversight. Our night auditors work 11:00pm - 7:00am Duties Greet guests arriving during overnight hours with professionalism and warmth, ensuring a positive first impression. Check guests in and out efficiently while verifying reservations, billing accuracy, and payment processing. Conduct comprehensive nightly audits of all financial transactions, including room charges and other hotel services to ensure accuracy. Maintain detailed logs of daily activities, incidents, and any irregularities during your shift. Monitor security systems such as CCTV cameras and perform routine safety checks to safeguard guests and staff. Respond promptly to guest inquiries or concerns with courteous customer service, providing solutions or escalating issues as needed. Prepare reports for management on occupancy levels, revenue figures, and operational issues to support decision-making. Skills Proven experience in hospitality or hotel operations with a focus on front desk or guest services roles. Excellent customer service skills with a friendly demeanor and professional phone etiquette. Ability to handle night audit procedures accurately while maintaining attention to detail under minimal supervision. Exceptional guest relations skills to foster positive experiences during late-night interactions.

Pay:

$16.00 - $17.00 per hour
