As the night shift specialist, you'll be the first point of contact for late-night arrivals and early-morning departures, providing top-tier customer service and maintaining the integrity of hotel operations through accurate record-keeping and vigilant security oversight. Your proactive approach will help create a welcoming atmosphere that keeps guests satisfied and staff supported during the overnight hours. Duties Welcome guests with friendly professionalism during late-night check-ins and check-outs, ensuring smooth arrivals and departures. Manage front desk operations, including multi-line phone systems, guest inquiries, and reservation adjustments with excellent phone etiquette. Conduct nightly audits of guest accounts, billing, and reservations to ensure accuracy and resolve discrepancies promptly. Maintain security by monitoring CCTV surveillance, conducting patrols of common areas, and controlling access points to safeguard guests and staff. Prepare detailed shift reports, incident logs, and financial summaries to ensure seamless communication between overnight teams. Assist guests with special requests or concerns, providing personalized guest services that enhance their stay experience. Uphold hospitality standards by demonstrating excellent customer service skills, fostering positive guest relations, and ensuring hotel policies are followed consistently. Qualifications Proven experience in hospitality management or hotel front desk operations with a focus on night audit functions. Strong customer service skills complemented by bilingual or multilingual abilities to serve diverse guest populations effectively. Familiarity with hotel management software systems and multi-line phone systems for efficient communication. Excellent phone etiquette combined with professional appearance and demeanor suitable for a front desk environment. Knowledge of hospitality industry standards including guest services, guest relations, and security procedures. Ability to work independently during overnight shifts while maintaining high attention to detail and organizational skills. Previous hotel experience is preferred but not required; training will be provided for the right candidate.
