Night Auditor. The schedule typically will be Wednesday through Saturday nights from 11pm-7am. Hourly rate of pay is $16ph and must pass a drug test and background check. Overview Join our dynamic hospitality team as a Hotel Night Auditor, where your energetic and detail-oriented approach will ensure seamless overnight operations at our dynamic resort. In this pivotal role, you will be the first point of contact during the night shift, responsible for maintaining guest satisfaction, managing front desk functions, and safeguarding hotel assets. Your enthusiasm and professionalism will help create a welcoming environment for our guests while ensuring all administrative and security procedures are flawlessly executed. Responsibilities Greet guests warmly upon arrival and departure, providing exceptional customer service with a friendly and professional demeanor Check guests in and out efficiently using multi-line phone systems and hotel management software Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints promptly to ensure a positive guest experience Perform nightly audits of daily financial transactions, including billing, payments, and account reconciliations Maintain accurate records of all overnight activities, including incident reports and shift logs Monitor security systems such as cameras and conduct routine patrols to ensure safety and security within the hotel premises Assist with administrative tasks such as updating reservation records, managing guest accounts, and preparing reports for management Uphold phone etiquette standards when communicating with guests and team members across various channels Experience Previous experience in hospitality management or hotel front desk operations is highly preferred Strong knowledge of hotel management systems and night audit procedures Excellent customer service skills with the ability to handle diverse guest needs in a multilingual or bilingual environment Familiarity with front desk operations, guest services, and guest relations best practices Ability to work independently during overnight hours while maintaining high energy levels and attention to detail Experience working in resort or hotel environments that emphasize hospitality excellence and guest satisfaction Join us to be part of a dedicated team committed to delivering memorable experiences through exceptional hospitality.
