Looking for a reliable team member that is able to work 40 hours full time, and show great leadership. Duties Greet and assist guests with check-in and check-out procedures, providing friendly and efficient customer service. Manage multi-line phone systems, respond to guest inquiries, and handle reservations with professionalism and clarity. Conduct nightly audits of financial transactions, ensuring accuracy in billing, account adjustments, and reporting. Monitor security cameras and perform routine safety checks across the hotel premises during overnight hours. Prepare detailed shift reports, incident logs, and reconcile daily financial activities to ensure smooth operations. Address guest concerns promptly, demonstrating excellent guest relations skills and maintaining a positive hotel atmosphere. Support front desk operations by handling guest requests, providing information about hotel amenities, and assisting with special accommodations. Experience Previous experience in hospitality management or hotel operations is highly preferred. Strong background in front desk duties, guest services, or night audit roles within a resort or hotel environment. Multilingual or bilingual abilities are a significant advantage for communicating with diverse guests. Demonstrated knowledge of hotel management systems, multi-line phone systems, and phone etiquette. Exceptional customer service skills with a focus on guest relations and hospitality excellence. Ability to work independently during overnight shifts while maintaining high standards of security and service. Experience handling cash transactions, financial reconciliations, and detailed reporting is desirable.
