Job Summary Join our dynamic hospitality team as a Hotel Night Auditor, where your energetic and detail-oriented approach will ensure seamless overnight operations. In this vital role, you will oversee the night shift at the front desk, manage guest accounts, and uphold exceptional guest services. Your proactive attitude and hospitality expertise will contribute to a welcoming environment, ensuring guests feel valued and cared for during their stay. This position offers an exciting opportunity to be the backbone of our hotel's overnight success while maintaining a lively and positive atmosphere. Responsibilities Greet guests warmly upon arrival and assist with check-in and check-out procedures during the night shift. Manage guest accounts, process payments, and reconcile daily financial transactions accurately. Monitor hotel security systems, including CCTV surveillance, to ensure safety and security throughout the property. Respond promptly to guest inquiries, requests, and complaints with professionalism and enthusiasm. Prepare detailed shift reports, including incident logs, occupancy updates, and financial summaries. Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to address any overnight issues or special requests. Handle multi-line phone systems efficiently, providing information about hotel services and local attractions. Valet Park guest cars Requirements Drivers License Proven experience in hospitality management or hotel operations, particularly in front desk or night audit roles. Knowledge of hotel management systems and guest service protocols. Excellent customer service skills with a friendly, energetic demeanor. Ability to work independently during overnight hours while maintaining high attention to detail. Familiarity with phone etiquette, multi-line phone systems, and guest relations best practices. $15.00 - $19.00 per hour
