Job Overview Join our dynamic hospitality team as a Night Auditor, where your energy and attention to detail will ensure seamless overnight operations at our vibrant hotel. In this pivotal role, you will be the first point of contact for guests during the night shift, managing front desk activities, guest services, and financial reconciliations. Responsibilities Greet and assist guests with check-in and check-out procedures efficiently while providing outstanding customer service. Manage overnight front desk operations, including handling reservations through property management systems (PMS) such as OPERA or similar platforms. Conduct nightly audits of guest accounts, ensuring accuracy in billing and financial transactions. Respond promptly to guest inquiries, requests, and complaints via phone or in person with professionalism and hospitality expertise. Maintain security protocols by monitoring CCTV surveillance, conducting safety inspections, and following hotel emergency procedures. Prepare detailed shift reports, incident logs, and reconcile daily financial transactions to ensure smooth handovers. Support guest relations by addressing special requests and providing multilingual or bilingual assistance when needed to enhance guest satisfaction. Experience Previous experience in hospitality management or hotel front desk operations is highly preferred. Familiarity with hotel management software such as OPERA or other property management systems (PMS). Strong customer service skills with a focus on problem-solving and client communication. Knowledge of hotel emergency procedures, guest services standards, and phone etiquette. Multilingual or bilingual abilities are a plus to better serve diverse guests. Experience working in resort environments or with hospitality reservation systems enhances your candidacy. Demonstrated ability to handle night audit responsibilities efficiently while maintaining high standards of hospitality and security. Pay:
$16.50 - $17.50 per hour Expected hours: 24.0 per week
