Newport, OR 97365 Job Description We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Night Audit / Guest Service Representative to join our team in Newport, OR. This role is essential in ensuring smooth overnight operations, providing excellent guest service, and maintaining the security and integrity of the property during night hours. Responsibilities Perform night audit duties including balancing daily accounts and generating reports using the Property Management System (PMS). Provide exceptional guest services by responding promptly and professionally to guest inquiries and requests. Respond to guest reviews in a timely and courteous manner to maintain positive guest relations. Conduct regular property walks to ensure safety, cleanliness, and security of the premises. Monitor security systems and respond to any unusual activity or emergencies during the night shift. Assist with check-in and check-out processes as needed during overnight hours. Collaborate with other departments to ensure guest satisfaction and smooth hotel operations. Qualifications Experience with Property Management Systems (PMS) is required. Strong customer service and communication skills. Ability to respond professionally to guest reviews and feedback. Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills. Ability to perform property walks and maintain security awareness. Reliable and able to work overnight shifts.
