As a Night Auditor, you will be the vital link between front desk services, accounting, and guest relations, providing a welcoming atmosphere during nighttime hours. Duties Oversee nightly front desk operations, including check-ins, check-outs, and guest inquiries with enthusiasm and professionalism Conduct detailed audits of daily financial transactions to ensure accuracy in billing and reporting Respond promptly to guest requests and resolve issues with a positive attitude, enhancing guest relations and satisfaction Manage multi-line phone systems and handle phone etiquette to assist guests and coordinate with team members effectively Maintain security by monitoring CCTV surveillance, conducting patrols of common areas, and controlling access to the property during overnight hours Prepare shift reports documenting activities, incidents, and financial summaries for management review Assist with administrative tasks such as updating guest records and supporting hotel management in daily operations Skills Proven experience in hospitality management or hotel management roles, especially in front desk or night audit functions Multilingual or bilingual abilities to serve diverse guests effectively and enhance guest services Strong customer service skills with a focus on guest relations and resolving concerns efficiently Excellent phone etiquette skills and experience managing multi-line phone systems in a fast-paced environment Knowledge of hotel experience standards, including guest services, resort operations, and hospitality best practices Ability to handle sensitive information discreetly while maintaining professionalism during night shifts Familiarity with hotel management software systems and basic accounting procedures related to night audits Join us if you're motivated to deliver memorable guest experiences while ensuring seamless overnight operations.
