The Night Auditor will play a crucial role in ensuring guest satisfaction during the overnight hours. Responsibilities

• Conduct the nightly audit processes and reports
• Handle guest check-ins and check-outs efficiently
• Respond to guest inquiries and resolve any issues promptly
• Manage phone systems and assist with reservations
• Maintain a clean and organized front desk area
• Provide exceptional customer service to all guests
• Assist with various administrative tasks as needed
• Help prepare grab n' go breakfast items for departing guests
• Prepare third-party taxes report Requirements
• Previous experience in hospitality or guest services is preferred
