As a Night Auditor, you will be the first point of contact for guests arriving late or needing assistance during the overnight shift, ensuring their stay is comfortable, secure, and memorable. Your proactive approach will help maintain the highest standards of guest services and hotel management during your shift. Duties Conduct nightly audits of guest accounts, ensuring accuracy and completeness of all financial transactions and reports. Manage front desk operations, including check-ins, check-outs, and handling guest inquiries with professionalism and warmth. Answer multi-line phone systems promptly using proper phone etiquette, directing calls efficiently to appropriate departments or personnel. Monitor security systems such as CCTV cameras and perform visual inspections of the property to uphold safety protocols. Assist guests with special requests, resolve issues promptly, and provide information about hotel amenities and local attractions. Prepare detailed shift reports, incident logs, and audit documentation to ensure seamless communication between shifts. Maintain guest relations by providing friendly service and addressing concerns with a positive attitude. Requirements Proven experience in hospitality management or hotel operations, particularly in front desk or guest services roles. Strong knowledge of property management systems and night audit procedures. Excellent customer service skills with a focus on guest satisfaction and hospitality excellence. Bilingual or multilingual abilities are highly desirable to serve diverse clientele effectively. Ability to handle multi-line phone systems confidently while demonstrating professional phone etiquette. Previous hotel experience or similar hospitality environments is preferred.
