Job Description

The Night Auditor is responsible for being the first point of contact as well as the first impression with guests, handling all stages of a guest's stay which can include multitasking, and performing the following duties in a manner that reflects our property's vision, mission, and core values.
Compensation:
$17 hourly
Responsibilities:
Respond to and resolve guest concerns promptly by working with the appropriate departments. Welcome and assist guests with check-ins, check-outs, and room assignments, ensuring a positive first impression. Process payments, generate invoices, and balance transactions at the end of each shift. Address guest inquiries about hotel services, amenities, and local attractions. Prepare and distribute end-of-day reports, ensuring accurate accounting records.
Qualifications:
Physical ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 25 pounds as needed. Hospitality experience preferred but not required—applicants at all experience levels are welcome. Strong customer service skills with a guest-focused approach. Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions. Proficiency in internet software and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint).
