Responsibilities Conduct nightly audits of hotel transactions using property management systems (PMS) such as OPERA, ensuring accuracy in billing, reservations, and account settlements. Manage front desk operations during overnight hours, including check-ins, check-outs, and guest inquiries with professionalism and warmth. Respond promptly to guest needs and resolve issues using excellent customer service problem-solving skills, maintaining high levels of guest satisfaction. Monitor hotel security, perform safety checks, and follow hotel emergency procedures to ensure guest and staff safety. Handle phone communication with clarity and hospitality etiquette, providing information about hotel services and local attractions in multiple languages if applicable. Prepare detailed shift reports, incident logs, and audit documentation to support operational transparency and compliance. Assist with reservations management, modifications, and cancellations via hospitality reservation systems, ensuring smooth booking processes. Qualifications Proven experience in hospitality management or front desk operations within a hotel or resort environment. Strong knowledge of property management systems (PMS), particularly OPERA or similar platforms. Excellent customer service skills with a focus on guest relations and client communication. Bilingual or multilingual abilities are highly desirable to serve diverse clientele effectively. Familiarity with hotel emergency procedures, night audit processes, and security protocols. Exceptional phone etiquette and communication skills for engaging with guests and team members professionally. Ability to work independently during overnight shifts while maintaining attention to detail in all tasks.
