As a key member of our front desk team, you will play a vital role in ensuring guest satisfaction through outstanding customer service and efficient hotel operations. This position requires a strong background in hospitality management and excellent communication skills to create memorable experiences for our guests. Responsibilities Provide exceptional guest services by welcoming and assisting guests during check-in and check-out processes. Manage front desk operations, including handling reservations, inquiries, and requests efficiently. Conduct night audits to ensure accurate financial reporting and maintain hotel records. Address guest concerns promptly and professionally, ensuring a high level of guest relations. Operate multi-line phone systems with excellent phone etiquette to assist guests and handle inquiries. Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure rooms are ready for guests. Maintain knowledge of hotel services, local attractions, and amenities to provide recommendations to guests. Uphold Marriott brand standards in all interactions and services provided. Qualifications Previous experience in hotel management or hospitality is preferred. Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage effectively with guests from diverse backgrounds. Bilingual or multilingual capabilities are highly desirable to enhance guest communication. Familiarity with front desk operations, including reservation systems and night audit procedures. Excellent phone etiquette and experience operating multi-line phone systems. Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed. A passion for providing outstanding guest experiences in a resort or hotel setting.
