Job description: Overview We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Night Auditor to join our team. The Night Auditor plays a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our hotel during the overnight shift. This position involves performing front desk duties, managing guest services, and conducting nightly audits to maintain accurate financial records. The ideal candidate will possess strong customer service skills and be comfortable working independently during late hours. This is a part-time position with a guaranteed 16 hours per week (possibly more hours if flexible to work a 3pm - 11pm shift as well) Duties Perform nightly audits of financial transactions and ensure accuracy in reporting. Manage front desk operations, including check-ins and check-outs of guests. Provide exceptional guest services by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly. Handle phone calls with professionalism, utilizing effective phone etiquette. Maintain accurate records of room availability and reservations. Assist with billing inquiries and process payments efficiently. Ensure the lobby and front desk area are clean and welcoming for guests. Collaborate with other hotel departments to ensure seamless guest experiences. Experience Previous experience in a hotel or resort environment is preferred. Familiarity with night audit procedures is a plus. Strong customer service skills with an emphasis on guest satisfaction. Proficiency in using phone systems and hotel management software. Bilingual or multilingual abilities are highly desirable to cater to diverse guests. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, are essential for effective interaction with guests and team members. Pay:
$13.00 - $15.00 per hour
