Job Description

Job Summary Join our dynamic hospitality team as a Weekend Hotel Night Auditor, a vital role that ensures seamless overnight operations and exceptional guest experiences. As a Night Auditor, you will be the first point of contact during the late hours, responsible for balancing financial transactions, updating property management systems, and providing outstanding guest services. Your energetic approach and attention to detail will help maintain the hotel's reputation for excellence while supporting smooth night-time operations. This paid position offers an exciting opportunity to showcase your hospitality management skills in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities Conduct nightly audits by reconciling daily financial transactions and updating property management systems (PMS) such as PEP. Provide friendly, professional customer service to guests arriving or departing during overnight hours, including handling check-ins, check-outs, and guest inquiries. Respond promptly to guest requests, resolve issues efficiently, and communicate effectively via phone and in person using proper phone etiquette. Follow hotel emergency procedures diligently, including handling incidents or emergencies with calmness and clarity. Prepare detailed shift reports, incident logs, and audit documentation to ensure accurate record-keeping for management review. Collaborate with front desk staff and other departments to ensure guest satisfaction and operational continuity during night shifts. Experience Prior experience in hospitality management or hotel front desk operations is highly preferred. Familiarity with hotel management systems such as Pep Strong customer service skills with the ability to problem-solve efficiently and communicate clearly with guests and team members. Multilingual or bilingual abilities are a plus, enhancing guest relations across diverse populations. Experience with hotel emergency procedures, guest relations, and night audit processes is advantageous. Previous resort experience or working in a hospitality environment focused on guest services will be beneficial. Pay:
$14.50 - $15.00 per hour Expected hours: 16.0 - 24.0 per week
