Job Summary Join our dynamic hospitality team as a Night Auditor, where you will play a vital role in ensuring seamless overnight operations and exceptional guest experiences. This energetic position combines administrative excellence with guest relations, providing a welcoming and secure environment during nighttime hours. As a Night Auditor, you will oversee front desk activities, handle financial reconciliations, and support hotel management to maintain the highest standards of hospitality. Your proactive approach and attention to detail will contribute to the smooth functioning of our property while delivering memorable service to our guests. Duties Greet guests warmly upon arrival, ensuring a positive first impression and smooth check-in/check-out processes using property management systems (PMS) such as OPERA. Conduct nightly audits by reconciling accounts, verifying reservations, and updating guest records accurately. Manage front desk operations during overnight hours, including handling guest inquiries via phone and in person with professional etiquette. Monitor hotel security through CCTV surveillance, perform safety checks, and respond promptly to any emergency procedures or incidents following hotel protocols. Prepare detailed shift reports, incident logs, and financial summaries to ensure accurate documentation for management review. Assist guests with special requests, resolve service issues efficiently, and provide exceptional guest services that enhance overall satisfaction. Collaborate with hotel management to uphold standards of hospitality management and guest relations while maintaining compliance with hotel emergency procedures. Requirements Proven experience in hospitality management or hotel front desk operations, preferably with resort or hotel experience. Familiarity with property management systems (PMS), especially OPERA or similar platforms. Strong customer service skills combined with problem-solving capabilities to address guest concerns promptly and professionally. Excellent communication skills via phone and in person, demonstrating proper phone etiquette and client communication techniques.
