In this role, you'll be the go-to person for late-night arrivals and overnight guest support while also completing end-of-day reporting and balancing daily transactions. What You'll Do:

Greet and check in late-night guests with professionalism and a welcoming attitude Respond to guest requests, questions, and concerns during overnight hours Complete nightly audit procedures and reconcile daily transactions Process guest check-outs and prepare folios for the morning Monitor hotel security and follow established safety procedures Keep the front desk area clean, organized, stocked, and guest-ready Communicate important updates and overnight activity to the morning shift team

What We're Looking For:
