Job Overview Join our dynamic hospitality team as a part time Night Auditor, where your energy and attention to detail will ensure a seamless overnight experience for our guests. In this vital role, you will oversee the nightly financial and operational procedures, provide exceptional guest services, and maintain the safety and security of the property. Your proactive approach and hospitality expertise will help create a welcoming environment that encourages guest loyalty and satisfaction. This position offers an exciting opportunity to be the backbone of our hotel's overnight operations, ensuring everything runs smoothly while delivering top-tier customer service. Responsibilities Conduct nightly audits of all financial transactions, including room charges, payments, and adjustments, ensuring accuracy and completeness. Prepare detailed reports on daily revenue, occupancy, and other key performance indicators for management review. Manage front desk operations during overnight hours, including check-ins, check-outs, and guest inquiries with professionalism and warmth. Handle guest requests, resolve issues promptly, and provide personalized guest services to enhance their stay experience. Maintain security protocols by monitoring CCTV surveillance, conducting patrols of public areas, and controlling access to the property. Answer multi-line phone systems with excellent phone etiquette, directing calls efficiently and courteously. Assist with administrative tasks such as updating reservation records, processing billing information, and maintaining guest files. Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to address any guest concerns or facility issues promptly. Experience Previous experience in hospitality management or hotel operations is highly preferred. Strong background in front desk duties, guest services, or night audit functions within a resort or hotel environment. Bilingual or multilingual skills are a plus to better serve diverse guests. Excellent customer service skills with a friendly demeanor and a focus on guest relations. Familiarity with hotel management software systems and multi-line phone systems is advantageous. Knowledge of hospitality standards including phone etiquette, guest relations, and hotel security procedures. Ability to work independently during overnight shifts while maintaining high attention to detail and professionalism.
