Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated and professional Front Desk Staff member to join our team. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for guests and visitors, providing excellent customer service and ensuring smooth daily operations. This role involves managing guest check-ins and check-outs, answering inquiries, and maintaining a welcoming environment. The position offers a dynamic work experience in a fast-paced setting, requiring flexibility to work various shifts including overnight hours. Duties Greet and assist guests or visitors in a courteous and professional manner. Manage check-in and check-out procedures efficiently. Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints with a positive attitude. Maintain accurate records of guest information and reservations. Perform night audit duties two days per week, ensuring financial accuracy and reporting. Cover one 3-11 shift weekly to support operational needs during evening hours. Ensure the front desk area is tidy, organized, and welcoming at all times. Collaborate with other departments to facilitate guest services and resolve issues promptly. Monitor security procedures to ensure safety for guests and staff. Requirements Previous experience in front desk operations or customer service is preferred but not mandatory. Strong communication skills with a friendly, professional demeanor. Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Flexibility to work night shifts, including two nights for night audit duties and one evening shift from 3 PM to 11 PM weekly. Basic computer skills for reservation management and record keeping. Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities. Reliable attendance record with a commitment to punctuality.
