```Duties```
  • Greet and welcome guests upon arrival
  • Check-in and check-out guests efficiently and accurately
  • Provide excellent customer service and address guest inquiries and concerns
  • Handle guest complaints or issues in a professional and timely manner
  • Assist guests with reservations, room assignments, and special requests
  • Operate phone systems and handle incoming calls with proper phone etiquette
  • Maintain a clean and organized front desk area
  • Collaborate with other hotel departments to ensure guest satisfaction
  • Perform night audit duties as required ```Skills```
  • Strong guest service skills with a friendly and welcoming demeanor
  • Excellent customer service skills with the ability to handle difficult situations diplomatically
  • Proficient in front desk operations and hotel management software systems
  • Multilingual abilities are a plus, especially in languages commonly spoken by hotel guests
  • Knowledge of phone systems and ability to handle high call volumes
  • Familiarity with night audit procedures is preferred but not required
  • Attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
