Job Summary Join our dynamic hospitality team as a Hotel Night Auditor, where your energetic and detail-oriented approach will ensure seamless overnight operations. In this vital role, you will oversee the night shift, balancing guest services with administrative responsibilities to maintain the highest standards of hospitality and security. Your multilingual skills and customer service expertise will create a welcoming environment for diverse guests, while your knowledge of hotel management systems ensures accurate financial and operational reporting. Duties Conduct nightly audits of all hotel transactions using property management systems such as OPERA or similar platforms, ensuring accuracy in billing and account reconciliation Provide outstanding guest services by handling check-ins, check-outs, and guest inquiries with professionalism and warmth, utilizing multi-line phone systems and phone etiquette skills Monitor security cameras and perform visual inspections to uphold safety protocols and hotel emergency procedures during overnight hours Manage front desk operations including reservation adjustments, guest requests, and resolving customer service issues promptly and effectively Prepare detailed shift reports, incident logs, and financial summaries to facilitate smooth handovers to daytime staff Respond to emergency situations or guest concerns with calm problem-solving skills, ensuring guest safety and satisfaction at all times Maintain compliance with hotel policies, safety regulations, and hospitality standards while fostering a welcoming environment for all guests Qualifications Proven experience in hospitality management or front desk operations within hotels or resorts, with familiarity in property management systems like OPERA or comparable platforms Strong customer service skills with an emphasis on guest relations, problem-solving, and effective communication in multiple languages; bilingual ability is highly desirable Knowledge of hotel emergency procedures, security protocols, and night audit processes to ensure safety and operational integrity during overnight shifts Excellent phone communication skills, including multi-line phone system handling and phone etiquette Ability to work independently during night hours while maintaining high energy levels and attention to detail Previous experience in resort environments or large hotel properties is a plus Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities in a fast-paced hospitality setting This role offers an exciting opportunity to be a key part of our 24/7 hospitality team.
