Conduct nightly audits of financial transactions, including verifying charges, balancing accounts, and preparing reports to ensure accuracy of daily revenue. Monitor security systems and conduct safety checks throughout the property to maintain a secure environment for guests and staff. Address guest concerns promptly and efficiently, providing solutions that enhance guest satisfaction and foster positive guest relations. Maintain detailed records of all transactions, incidents, and operational activities during your shift to ensure smooth handovers and compliance with hotel policies. Requirements Proven experience in hospitality or hotel operations, particularly in front desk or night audit roles within resorts or hotels. Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively in multiple languages; bilingual abilities are highly valued. Knowledge of hotel management systems, multi-line phone systems, and front desk procedures. Exceptional organizational skills with keen attention to detail for balancing accounts and preparing accurate reports. Ability to handle sensitive situations discreetly while maintaining a friendly, professional demeanor at all times. Flexibility to work overnight shifts in a fast-paced environment that demands adaptability and quick thinking.
