Job Overview Join our dynamic hospitality team as a Part-Time Night Auditor, working Friday and Saturday nights to ensure smooth overnight operations at our vibrant hotel. In this energetic role, you will be the first point of contact for guests arriving during the late hours, handling guest check-ins and check-outs, managing reservations, and maintaining accurate financial records. Your proactive approach and hospitality expertise will create a welcoming environment that leaves guests with a positive impression of their stay. This position offers an exciting opportunity to develop your skills in hotel management while providing exceptional guest service during the overnight shift. Responsibilities Greet guests warmly upon arrival and assist with late-night check-ins and check-outs using property management systems such as OPERA/PEP or similar hotel reservation platforms Manage guest inquiries via multi-line phone systems, providing prompt and professional assistance with reservations, room requests, and general information Conduct nightly audits of guest accounts, ensuring accuracy in billing, payments, and financial documentation Monitor hotel security through CCTV surveillance and perform routine safety checks in accordance with hotel emergency procedures Prepare detailed shift reports, incident logs, and audit summaries to ensure seamless communication between overnight staff and daytime management Address guest concerns or issues promptly with a customer service-focused approach, resolving problems efficiently while maintaining hospitality standards Maintain a clean, organized front desk area and uphold phone etiquette to foster a professional environment Assist as needed in setting up the breakfast area. Experience Previous experience in hospitality management or front desk operations within a hotel or resort setting is preferred Familiarity with property management systems (PMS), especially OPERA/PEP or similar platforms used for reservations and billing Strong customer service skills with the ability to problem-solve effectively and communicate clearly via phone and in person Multilingual or bilingual abilities are advantageous for serving diverse guests Knowledge of hotel emergency procedures, guest relations, and night audit processes is highly desirable Experience working with multi-line phone systems and handling guest inquiries during overnight hours will set you apart Join us if you're passionate about delivering exceptional hospitality experiences around the clock! Pay:
$14.00 - $17.00 per hour Expected hours: 16.0 - 32.0 per week
