Job Description

Overview Join our dynamic hospitality team as a Night Auditor, where your energetic and detail-oriented approach will ensure seamless overnight operations at our hotel. In this vital role, you will be the first point of contact for guests during the night shift, handling guest inquiries, managing reservations, and maintaining the accuracy of financial records. Your proactive attitude and excellent communication skills will help create a welcoming environment while ensuring all front desk and administrative tasks are efficiently completed. This position offers an exciting opportunity to be the backbone of our overnight hospitality services, providing exceptional guest experiences around the clock. Responsibilities Greet and assist guests with check-in and check-out procedures, ensuring a smooth and friendly experience. Manage hotel reservation systems such as OPERA and property management systems (PMS), updating guest information accurately. Conduct nightly audits of financial transactions, including billing, payments, and account adjustments to ensure accuracy. Respond promptly to guest requests, inquiries, and complaints via phone or in person, demonstrating excellent customer service problem-solving skills. Monitor hotel security protocols, including emergency procedures and safety checks, to maintain a secure environment for guests and staff. Prepare detailed shift reports, incident logs, and audit documentation for management review. Handle multi-line phone systems with professionalism using proper phone etiquette while communicating effectively with clients and team members. Assist with guest relations by providing information about hotel amenities, local attractions, and resort services in multiple languages if applicable. Experience Previous experience in hospitality management or front desk operations within hotels or resorts is highly preferred. Familiarity with hotel management software such as OPERA or similar property management systems (PMS). Strong customer service skills with a proven ability to resolve issues efficiently and courteously. Multilingual or bilingual abilities are advantageous for communicating with diverse guests. Knowledge of hotel emergency procedures and night audit processes is desirable. Experience working with multi-line phone systems and handling guest relations in a fast-paced environment is a plus. Prior resort experience or familiarity with hospitality reservation systems enhances your suitability for this role.
