Responsibilities:

In this role you will welcome guests, manage their information, distribute keys, and assign rooms, and answer any general inquiries to ensure they have an excellent stay with us. You will also be responsible to audit, balance, post, and report on the front desk, rooms, and all food and beverage outlets' cash and credit operations and reset all registers to ensure accurate, timely function and optimal operations management.

Requirements:

Prior experience in a brand setting or luxury hotel Must be 18+ years of age Strong knowledge of software applications is beneficial, especially Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and hotel-specific platforms (OnQ, Opera, Fosse, Lightspeed, HotSOS, GXP, BOB, Kipsu, Slack) Strong communication and listening skills and excellent speaking, reading, and writing ability Fluency in

English:

additional languages preferred. Spanish language skills are highly desired Flexible schedule required for AM/PM/Overnight shifts, weekends, and holidays High energy with effective and influential people skills.
