Job Overview Join our dynamic hospitality team as a Hotel Night Auditor, where your energy and attention to detail will ensure our guests experience seamless service around the clock. In this vital role, you will oversee overnight operations, manage guest inquiries, and maintain the integrity of our hotel's financial records. Your proactive approach and hospitality expertise will contribute to creating a welcoming environment that keeps guests satisfied and returning time and again. This position offers an exciting opportunity to showcase your hotel management skills while working during the vibrant night shift. Duties Conduct nightly audits of guest accounts, ensuring accuracy in billing and financial records Manage front desk operations during overnight hours, including check-ins, check-outs, and guest requests Provide exceptional customer service by addressing guest inquiries with professionalism and enthusiasm Handle multi-line phone systems with courteous phone etiquette, directing calls efficiently Monitor security cameras and perform visual inspections to ensure safety and security of the property Assist with resolving guest concerns promptly, maintaining positive guest relations at all times Prepare detailed shift reports, incident logs, and audit documentation for management review Requirements Proven experience in hospitality management or hotel operations, particularly in front desk or night audit roles Strong knowledge of hotel management systems and financial reconciliation processes Bilingual or multilingual skills are highly desirable to serve diverse guest populations effectively Excellent customer service skills with a friendly, approachable demeanor Ability to handle multi-line phone systems and demonstrate professional phone etiquette Prior experience working in a resort or large hotel environment is preferred Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills to ensure accurate record keeping Join us if you're passionate about delivering outstanding guest services in a fast-paced hospitality setting!
