Overview We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Night Auditor to join our team. The Night Auditor plays a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our hotel during the overnight shift. This position requires strong customer service skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently. The ideal candidate will have a background in hospitality management and be comfortable working independently while providing excellent guest relations. Responsibilities Conduct nightly audits of financial transactions and ensure accuracy in billing and payments. Prepare and distribute daily reports summarizing hotel operations, occupancy rates, and revenue. Provide exceptional customer service to guests during check-in and check-out processes. Address guest inquiries and resolve any issues or complaints promptly and professionally. Maintain accurate records of all transactions, including cash handling and credit card processing. Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless communication regarding guest needs and requests. Uphold hotel policies and procedures while maintaining a welcoming environment for guests. Qualifications Previous experience in hotel management or hospitality is preferred. Familiarity with night audit procedures is a plus. Strong customer service skills with a focus on guest relations. Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills. Ability to work independently during overnight shifts. Multilingual abilities are highly desirable to cater to diverse guests. Proficient in using hotel management software and basic office applications.
