Conduct nightly audits of guest accounts, ensuring all transactions are accurate and properly documented for financial reporting. Prepare detailed shift reports, incident logs, and audit documentation to maintain operational transparency and accountability. Handle guest requests, complaints, or special accommodations with professionalism, fostering guest relations and satisfaction. Maintain security protocols by monitoring CCTV surveillance, conducting safety checks, and controlling access to the hotel premises during overnight hours. Requirements Proven experience in hospitality management or hotel front desk operations; previous night audit experience is highly preferred. Strong customer service skills with a friendly demeanor and excellent communication abilities in multiple languages; bilingual skills are a plus. Knowledge of hotel management systems, multi-line phone systems, and basic accounting procedures related to night audits. Ability to work independently during overnight shifts while managing multiple responsibilities efficiently. Exceptional attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to handle sensitive information discreetly.
