Overview Join our dynamic hospitality team as a Hotel Night Auditor, where your energetic and detail-oriented approach will ensure seamless overnight operations and exceptional guest experiences. In this vital role, you will be the first point of contact during the night shift, managing front desk responsibilities, reconciling daily financial transactions, and maintaining the safety and security of our property. Your proactive attitude and excellent communication skills will help uphold our reputation for outstanding guest service and operational excellence. Duties Greet guests warmly upon arrival and departure, providing personalized service and addressing inquiries with professionalism. Manage check-in and check-out procedures efficiently using property management systems (PMS) such as OPERA or similar platforms. Conduct nightly audits by reconciling accounts, verifying reservations, and ensuring accuracy of billing information. Handle all phone communications via multi-line phone systems, demonstrating impeccable phone etiquette and customer service problem-solving skills. Monitor security cameras, perform safety checks, and respond promptly to any hotel emergency procedures or incidents during the overnight shift. Prepare detailed shift reports, incident logs, and financial summaries to ensure smooth handovers to daytime staff. Assist guests with special requests, provide local information, and resolve any guest relations issues to foster positive experiences. Requirements Proven experience in hospitality management, front desk operations, or hotel management roles. Familiarity with hospitality reservation systems (such as OPERA), property management systems (PMS), and hotel emergency procedures. Strong customer service skills with a focus on guest relations and problem-solving in fast-paced environments. Multilingual or bilingual abilities are highly desirable to communicate effectively with diverse guests. Excellent communication skills, including phone etiquette and the ability to handle multi-line phone systems confidently. Ability to work independently during night hours while maintaining high standards of professionalism and attention to detail. Previous hotel experience is preferred but not required; training will be provided for the right candidate.
