Job Description

An upscale limited service property is now hiring Part to Full time Front Desk Agents. Applicants must be available to work weekends. Previous experience is preferred, but not required. Our employees must be able to provide top notch customer service to ensure that guests are taken care of by delivering a guest experience that is unique and brings the brand to life. Responsibilities include some of the following: Take reservations over the phone. Handle confidential information. Check guests in and out. End of day procedures Setting up breakfast items Record information during shift in the daily log book and shuttle log. Provide local knowledge of Sioux Falls and directions.
Shift:
Part time weekend - 11p-7a (may include one weekday shift) Full time - Tuesday thru Thursday 3p-11p and Friday thru Saturday 11p-7a
Requirements:
Superior customer services skills. Solve problems in a timely manner. Follow company policies and procedures including dress code. Time management by using time efficiently. Be professional by treating others with respect and consideration. Demonstrate quality, accuracy and thoroughness in your work. Be able to deal with frequent change, delays or unexpected events. Able to multitask. Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds. Must be able to provide valid driver's license and have proof of insurance for your own vehicle. #hc7114
