Overview Join our dynamic hospitality team as a Night Auditor, where your energetic and detail-oriented approach will ensure seamless overnight operations at our hotel. In this vital role, you will be the first point of contact during the night shift, responsible for maintaining guest satisfaction, managing front desk activities, and ensuring the safety and security of the property. Your proactive attitude and excellent customer service skills will help create a welcoming environment for guests arriving late or departing early, all while upholding the highest standards of hospitality management. Responsibilities Greet and assist guests with check-in and check-out procedures efficiently and courteously during overnight hours Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints with professionalism and a positive attitude to ensure guest satisfaction Conduct nightly audits using our hotel system or similar hotel management systems to reconcile accounts and update reservation records Monitor security cameras, perform safety inspections, and respond promptly to any emergency situations following hotel emergency procedures Manage multi-line phone systems, answer incoming calls with proper phone etiquette, and direct calls appropriately Prepare detailed shift reports, incident logs, and financial summaries to ensure accurate documentation of overnight activities Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to address guest needs and maintain property standards. Preparing Breakfast bar. Maintain the lobby area clean. Skills Strong knowledge of hospitality management principles and front desk operations Bilingual or multilingual abilities to communicate effectively with diverse guests Experience with hotel management software such as OPERA or similar systems Excellent customer service skills with a focus on guest relations and guest services excellence Familiarity with hotel emergency procedures and safety protocols to handle unforeseen incidents confidently Ability to manage multi-line phone systems efficiently while maintaining professional phone etiquette Resort experience or previous hotel experience preferred for understanding complex guest needs and high-volume environments This role is ideal for motivated individuals passionate about hospitality who thrive in energetic environments.
