Job Description

Overview This is a weekend shift, working every Friday & Saturday night. It would be 11:00pm-7:00am, 16 hours. Responsibilities Greet and assist guests with check-in and check-out procedures, ensuring a welcoming atmosphere during overnight hours Manage multi-line phone systems, respond to guest inquiries, and provide information about hotel amenities and local attractions Conduct nightly audits of guest accounts using property management systems (PMS) such as OPERA or similar platforms, ensuring accuracy in billing and reservations Handle guest requests, resolve issues promptly, and deliver personalized customer service to enhance guest satisfaction Monitor security cameras and perform property inspections to maintain safety standards throughout the hotel premises Prepare detailed shift reports, incident logs, and financial summaries for management review Enforce hotel emergency procedures, including safety protocols and crisis response actions when necessary Requirements Proven experience in hospitality management or front desk operations within a hotel environment Familiarity with hospitality reservation systems such as OPERA or comparable property management software Strong customer service skills with an emphasis on problem-solving and client communication Multilingual or bilingual abilities are highly desirable to serve diverse guest populations effectively Excellent phone etiquette and proficiency in handling multi-line phone systems and guest communications Knowledge of hotel emergency procedures, security protocols, and guest relations best practices Ability to work independently during night shifts while maintaining high levels of professionalism and attentiveness Previous resort experience or familiarity with hospitality management at large-scale properties is a plus Join us as a Night Auditor and be part of a vibrant team dedicated to delivering memorable experiences around the clock. Pay:
